For services that include refill, we provide refill support up to 100% of the ordered quantity. This means that if the delivered amount drops, we will try to refill the missing amount up to the full quantity of your order.

If we are unable to complete the refill due to provider limitations, platform updates, technical problems, or social media restrictions, we will calculate the remaining undelivered or unrefilled amount and return its value to your PersianSmm.com account balance.

This returned balance can be used for future orders on PersianSmm.com.

Our goal is to make sure users either receive the service they ordered or receive the remaining value back to their account balance when refill is not possible.

Please note that refill or balance return may not be available if:

The username, ID, or link is changed
The page, post, or content is deleted
The account becomes private
The account is restricted, banned, or unavailable
The customer places multiple orders for the same link at the same time
The issue is caused by submitting an incorrect, private, broken, or unavailable link

If you believe your order needs refill, please contact support with your order ID so our team can review it.

5. Placing Orders

Before placing an order, you must make sure that your link is correct, public, active, and accessible.

If you are not sure whether your link is correct, please check it carefully or contact support before placing the order.

If a wrong, private, broken, restricted, or unavailable link is submitted, the order may fail, be delayed, or be completed incorrectly.

In such cases, PersianSmm.com may not be responsible for the result, and refund or balance return may not be available.

Once an order starts processing, it may not be possible to cancel, change, or reverse it.

6. Multiple Orders for the Same Link

Please avoid placing multiple orders for the same link at the same time.

This includes placing several orders on PersianSmm.com or placing an order on PersianSmm.com while ordering from another panel, website, or provider at the same time.

When multiple orders are active for the same link, the system may not be able to track the correct delivery amount. This can cause incorrect counts, delays, drops, incomplete delivery, refill issues, or inaccurate results.

In this situation, support may have limited ability to verify or fix the issue, and all responsibility belongs to the customer.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made on PersianSmm.com are non-refundable to the original payment method.

After adding funds to your PersianSmm.com account, the balance must be used for services available on our website.

However, if an order cannot be completed, or if a refill service cannot be refilled as described in the Refill Policy, the remaining eligible amount may be returned to your PersianSmm.com account balance.

Our support team will review such cases based on the order status, service conditions, and available system data.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided unless PersianSmm.com decides otherwise in special cases.

No refund or balance return may be issued if the issue is caused by the customer, including but not limited to:

Submitting a wrong link
Submitting a private or unavailable link
Changing the username, ID, or link after ordering
Deleting the page, post, or content
Placing duplicate orders for the same link
Ordering the same link from other panels or providers at the same time
Violating our Terms or the rules of social media platforms

8. Unauthorized Payments and Fraud

If we detect an unauthorized payment, stolen card usage, chargeback, fraud attempt, or suspicious activity, the user’s account may be suspended immediately.
